This class is not intended for new students. A minimum of 3 months experience is required.
Experienced students should use this class time to practice specific movements or techniques associated with their current goals. It will also provide a warm-up for any following Advanced class.
This class will introduce specific training to allow you to practice the techniques with an increased resistance and insert specific objectives.

Student should have a solid understanding of the basic movements covered in the fundamentals curriculum before joining this class.
