Linden Woods to 1455 Waverley.
Linden Woods is quiet, well-treed, and one of the closest neighborhoods to our front door in southwest Winnipeg. The route is direct: south on Kenaston, west onto Bishop Grandin, then a short south jog to Waverley — most members make it in under seven minutes. Linden Meadows School families and Pembina Trails Collegiate students both find the schedule workable, with kids classes on Tue/Thu evenings and adult training Mon–Thu from 5:45pm onward. The gym is bracketed by Whyte Ridge to the west and Tuxedo to the north, so a Linden Woods address is among the easiest to keep BJJ in the weekly routine.

"Socius has a strong community and a good vibe."
Supportive, safe environment with instructors who know a lot about BJJ and how best to teach it. Nice mix of classes based on different levels and goals. The students I've met and rolled with there are welcoming and friendly.
